National Intellectual Property Talent Work Conference Convened in Ningbo

Recently, the National Intellectual Property Talent Work Conference was held in Ningbo. Zhang Zhicheng, Party Leadership Group Member and Deputy Commissioner of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), attended and delivered a speech. Tang Feifan, Deputy Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, attended and delivered a welcome address.

The conference reviewed the intellectual property talent work in 2024, studied and deployed the key tasks for 2025, and emphasized the need to thoroughly implement the important instructions of President Xi Jinping on intellectual property talent team building. It aims to further optimize the talent工作机制, improve the talent training system, strengthen talent evaluation and incentive mechanisms, promote high-quality development of intellectual property talent work, and make new and greater contributions to accelerating the building of a strong intellectual property nation.

At the conference, the Personnel Department of the administration reported on the construction of a team of foreign - related intellectual property lawyers and the progress of the administration's talent work. Tsinghua University participated and made an exchange speech, while Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, and other regions made typical speeches. Over 80 representatives from relevant departments of the CNIPA and local intellectual property offices attended the conference.
